Kim Jong-un Institutes Unusually Cruel Punishment

Kim Jong-un is certainly a chip off the old block. The 31 year old dictator of North Korea has added a new punishment to the already strict and harsh prison system. The violations of human rights under father Kim Jong-il's leadership have been reportedly continued under Kim Jong-un, who assumed his father's position shortly after his death.
An inquiry was filed against Kim Jong-un and other individuals in 2013 alleging crimes against humanity to the United Nations. The latest "crime" not reported in the report is that Kim Jong-un is now forcing prison officials in each prison holding political "criminals" to play the theme to "The Wheel of Fortune" 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Kim Jong-un feels the jazzy sound is good for the soul. Guards and prison employees have no other choice than to wear noise cancelling headphones or earplugs to block out the annoyance of the tune. Technically it's not a crime, though it is certainly cruel punishment.
